Matt is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Nevada and The Managing Partner/Co-Founder of TrueBooks, an accounting firm specializing in real estate. Matt strives to help clients navigate complex tax code to their benefit, as well as keeping their accounting records organized and up-to-date. Through proper tax planning and working closely with clients he helps them better understand their options to make informed business decisions.
Matt began his career at Deloitte and has been in public practice for over six years. In previous roles, he was responsible for managing audit needs of clients in the manufacturing, technology, retail, and gaming industry, assisting companies of all sizes from publicly traded corporations to small businesses. Matt is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Matt is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
